Khandi Griffith
Creative Director | Founder
Ms. Griffith is a creative entrepreneur, business leader, and passionate advocate for the arts, with a strong foundation spanning visual arts, graphic design, branding, and business development. With over five (5) years of professional experience in graphic design and creative communications, she has built a reputation for transforming ideas into impactful brands and meaningful customer experiences.
Committed to continuous growth and professional development, Ms. Griffith was selected to participate in the Centre for Local Business Development AccelerateHer Program, an initiative designed to equip women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to scale and strengthen their businesses.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Griffith is dedicated to empowering and supporting women and young professionals. In 2024, she served as a Big Sister in the Rotaract Club of New Amsterdam Big Sister, Little Sister Mentorship Programme, where she provided guidance, encouragement, and mentorship to young women seeking personal and professional development. She is also a member of Female Founders Guyana Inc., a network that fosters collaboration, innovation, and business growth among women entrepreneurs in Guyana.
What started as a hobby has now become a stepping stone to a long-time dream of independence. ACM started as a freelance business in her grandparent’s home.
Jared Collymore
Business Development Director | Co-Founder
Mr. Jared Collymore is a dynamic business professional and community leader with a strong foundation in marketing, business development, and real estate. He pursued studies in Marketing at the University of Guyana, equipping him with the knowledge and skills to effectively navigate today’s evolving business landscape.
His professional journey began as Marketing Director of his family-owned enterprise, Vanjaberk, where he gained valuable experience in marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement. He later became a professional realtor and has accumulated more than three years of experience in the real estate industry.
Throughout his career, Jared has successfully combined business strategy, client relationship management, and sales expertise to deliver measurable results and foster sustainable growth. His ability to build meaningful partnerships and identify new opportunities has contributed to the success of the organizations and clients he serves.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Jared is passionate about music, the arts, and youth development. He is an active member of the Rotaract Club of Georgetown and an independent musical artist who has performed at numerous events and engagements throughout Guyana.
Driven by a vision that extends beyond personal achievement, Jared is committed to creating opportunities for others and building sustainable enterprises within the creative, media, and business sectors. His dedication to innovation, community impact, and entrepreneurship continues to inspire those around him while contributing to the growth of the industries he serves.
